If this was all I ever heard Brother Hagin say about the topic I would say he is NOT once saved always saved.... But he does have other tapes that say almost the opposite.

I cannot see where he could be construed as a OSAS Preacher.
I love Dad Hagin and i have listened to him for a few years.I do not see that.
He spoke yesterday =on a youtube sermon of a lady who almost failed to get her healing .And she was dying.It was because she had failed in her life and missed it so much.I think she was married 4 times.So she was in condemnation and despondency.He was led to call her up and pray for her and she was miraculously healed of a terminal illness.
He used to have played "Just As I Am" for his Healing services.
