Remember for something to live there had to be a source of energy (sun) and that did not exist until the fourth day. Without a sun plants could not photosynthesis light into food.
Also a flood on earth would not wipe out the sun yet genesis tells us God created that on the fourth day. So the whole universe would have to have been recreated. If the universe was recreated the earth would have to have been recreated also.
I don't think this planet or any planet could have gone through the gravitational stresses that had to occur if the universe was wiped out (at least the sun) then recreated again.
Hi Ed,
Above you said: "Remember for something to live there had to be a source of energy (sun) and that did not exist until the fourth day. Without a sun plants could not photosynthesis light into food."
WRONG!
If the sun did not exist until the 4th day then how did you have 3 days on earth before the 4th day?
Genesis 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
