Thanks, but GPFM is not available in paperback.

AND - really the links just point to www.dakebible.com where all the products may be viewed not just GPFM.

By paperback i meant the paper version, the expression paperback must mean something specific that i'm not aware of.
I got " God's plan for man" kindle edition from amazon. I don't know if it is available dirrectly from Dake's publishing.

Yes, I have often wished I had his notes available when not near my software at home. This will certainly shed some additional tools for our use.
