Re: Does Regeneration Precede Faith?
Regeneration does not precede faith, that's true. No such thing as a regenerate unbeliever, even for a moment.
But it's also true that faith does not precede regeneration. No such thing as an unregenerate believer, even for a moment.
Regeneration and faith are simultaneous.
When man tries to apply his puny human logic to the equation, he pushes one or the other to the front. The Bible doesn't.
But it's also true that faith does not precede regeneration. No such thing as an unregenerate believer, even for a moment.

all i know of Calvinism is that some of its hyper adherents teach folks were predestined for hell.i loathe that idea.
i know of the TULIP.thats it.
but other than that i do not know much about it.i should not have said that.

im not trying to be a buzzard. i agree with you guys.and love that cool post.
i believe they were saved by faith.
Peter said to the Jerusalem council
the Gentiles HEARTS WERE PURIFIED BY FAITH Acts 15:8-9 .
that was before they were Water Baptized.
new converts are water immersed often in the same hour or soon after repentance and faith.
what do you guys think???
