I remember another one Roy.

Some there who heard this voice thought it was the voice of an angel but not so. It was not the voice of Jesus for Jesus was on Earth praying to the Father who was in Heaven, and the Father answered Him.

John 12: 27, "Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.

28, Father, glorify thy name. THEN CAME A VOICE FROM HEAVEN SAYING,I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.

29, The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him.

30, Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes."

Matthew. 17:5; While Peter yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:
and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear you Him....

2 Peter. 1:17; For Jesus received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to Him from the excellent glory,
This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
And this voice that came from heaven we heard, when we were with Him on the holy mount

note L page 29 in the Old Testament is very helpful.

in the Dake Bible in the complete concordance and cyclopedic index there are two page jammed full of notes to refer to and profuse Scriptures.

Yes, they are all mentioned several times.
The Father speaking in 2 Peter 1:17 was a surprise revelation to me during my studies as I believed the statement by God; "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased," was the only time He spoke and was heard by men.
