What do you mean about badmouthing? What about stating the facts about someone?

Jesus called folks vipers, snakes, etc. It really depends on intent. We are to loath sin and be truthful about things and that may at times require stating facts. Remember when Paul called Peter out for his error? We might say that was badmouthing, yet it was in truth that Paul "withstood him to his face."

Great point and I think this hits the nail on the head. It is really what agenda is behind it. If one is stating facts about a situation as Jesus, Paul, and many others did to save a soul it is done in righteousness, however if it is done from an evil heart to destroy someone that is a problem.

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PUTTING THAT ON HERE.AFTER NEAR 4000 POSTS(ACTUALLY MORE) I KNEW BETTER.BUT.I DID IT.

I am at a loss as to why you perceived my posts as jumping off on you. I was merely responding to what you originally typed into the post. I thought it was an interesting topic and worthy of discussion.
