God cannot be everywhere at the same time as I was taught in the Catholic Church as a child, and I have also learnt God does not automaticly know absolutely everything that is going on throughout the entire universe. God sends His emissaries, angels throughout His vast universe who report to Him all they see and find.

For example, God was told about Sodom and God said;

Genesis 18:21, I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

If God knew before hand why would He say the above?

God and two angels went to Sodom to be met by Abraham, and after eating with him, (So, Spirit beings can eat food, so they must have mouths, teeth. lips, etc), and God told Abraham why they were there.

Abraham asked God if there be righteous men there would He destroy the city? God replied;

Genesis 18:23, And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
24, Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?
25, That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
26, And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.
27, And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes:
28, Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.
29, And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty’s sake.
30, And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.
31, And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty’s sake.
32, And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten’s sake.

If God knew for sure what was going on in Sodom, why would He feel the need to go there to see if it was true?

If God knew there would be no righteous people there why would He debate with Abraham, “IF I FIND TEN THERE I WONT DESTROY IT,” instead of saying Abraham, I know there are no righteous there, I am all knowing! I am just amusing you!
God went to Sodom, saw for Himself it was as He was told, and after that He rained down fire and brimstone from Heaven and destroyed the city.
Going by fundamental Christianity’s teaching, God knew all along, knew there were no righteous there, but went to all the trouble going there, having a meal with Abraham, checking to see if there were in fact any righteous people there just to amuse and entertain Abraham and or He had nothing better to do?

I don’t believe that for one minute.

Finis Dake: Does He Accept or Reject The Trinity?

The teaching of the Trinity by the church is based on three specific and easily understood biblical teachings:

1. The Bible repeatedly tells us that there is only One God (not three separate Gods).

The Trinity is not the belief that God is three persons and only one person at the same time and in the same sense. That would be a contradiction. Rather, it is the belief that there are three persons in one nature.

My own common sense tells me there are three beings in the Godhead and these three are “ONE” in unity.

When the Word who was with God and was God, John 1:1, and who became flesh and bone, John 1:14, that’s Jesus, came out of the water after being baptized by John the Baptist, a voice came out of HEAVEN saying;

Matt. 17:5, While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
Mark 1:11, And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Mark 9:7, And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

That’s two beings, The Father and the Word who became Jesus,

Then the Holy Spirit, the third member of the Godhead decended;

Luke 3:22, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

That makes three separate and distinct beings.

1. The father in Heaven, ONE.

2. The Word who became flesh, TWO,

3. The Holy Spirit, THREE.

Its clear to me they are three separate beings. One Spirit being, the Father who remained in Heaven while the Word who became flesh was on the Earth, and the Holy Spirit, the third Spirit being decending down from Heaven and settling upon Jesus. They were certainly not inside each other and never ever were that I can find anywhere in Scripture.

1 John 5:7, For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

That’s ONE in unity, not one body.

Jesus while on the Earth prayed to the Father in Heaven about eleven times frommemory saying, My Father In Heaven while Jesus was still on the Earth

Jesus also prayed to the Father regarding the disciples;

John 17:21, That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Notice Jesus prayed, “AS THOU FATHER ART IN ME,” and I IN THEE,” and “THEY MAY BE ONE IN US.”

He means IN UNITY, IN UNITY, not bodily entering into each other? The disciples never became one body? They were ONE in unity!

John 17:22, And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

One in Unity!

Jesus never asked the Father to make the disciples enter bodily into each other and become ONE body as fundamental Christianity teaches God is in the trinity doctrine, in fact the word trinity is a man made up word and is not even mentione once in the entire Bible?

The Godhead is mentioned THREE TIMES!

Acts 17:29, Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.

Romans 1:20, For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

What invisible thing can be clearly seen by the visible things that are made that we are without excuse?

Why man of course.

And, Col 2:9, For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Can you answer me this. If the Father, a spirit being, His Son, now glorified flesh and bone, and Holy Spirit are one bodily, how can Jesus now be seated beside the Father in Heaven in His Glorified flesh and bone body, the Father being in His spirit body, and the Holy Spirit, a Spirit being who is now still here on the Earth, be "ONE" body as fundamental Christianity teaches?

Ephesians 1:20, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

And we have Catholic's believing they can lock bits of Jesus who was not consumed bodily at the last mass up in a tabernacle, pull him out at the next mass and eat Him all over the world, probably millions of times a day every day, especially and Sundays, and there's still some left over for tomorrow, and according to your understanding God is everywhere, all over the Earth and the vast universe at the same time?

I once believed all the lies, men’s pet theories, ideas, traditions and was so confused I began believing God did not exist, until I was told about the Dake Bible. I purchase it and the book God’s plan for man and my faith was restored.

I have seen vidio’s, heard many teaching of Dakes, he never looked at the Bible as he quoted Scriptures in support of what he was teaching. He constantly said, don’t believe me, believe what you read in the Scriptures. God would not write a book from which men would be judged and then write is so that simple men like myself cannot understand it without some Bible expert handy to interpret it.

Even Jesus said the Bible is simple to understand, even by babes.

Luke 10:21, In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

Jesus even ubraided His disciples, not for their lack of understanding, but for their UNBELIEF!

Mark 16:14, Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat,1 and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.

That’s the religious world of today.
Like the religious of His day who could not wait to murder Him.
They are only interested in power, money and holding people in bondage and fear!

We can either believe what we read or we can reject it.

In my humble opinion, and I am nothing more, and no one more than an old retired burnt out coal miner, waiting to die and be with Jesus or be raptured, the Dake Bible and the book, God’s Plan for Man are the greatest things ever produced and without them I know I would have rejected Christ as a figment of men’s imagination. Why? because that’s how fundamental Christianity paints God. They make God out to be something intangible, a nothing spirit being floating around somewhere, everywhere, watching, punishing, making people sick to teach them lessons, the wealthiest church in the world’s leaders pat starving children on the head and say, “Bless you child, and walk away?

I’m not ashamed of God, I’m not frightened of the Dake Bible and want to shun it because some men refuse to believe what God has clearly and plainly written in His book on how to live our lives and be considered worthy to be saved and be with Him forever! I embrace His Word as expounded by the reverend Finis Jennings Dake, who like me and every one else on this planet, Dake with all his warts, sins, and genuine mistakes he may have made, because we are all sinners, and not one of us is good as Jesus tells us, or have some of us miss-understood, miss- interpreted don’t believe it and decided to ignore this Scripture because they are so righteous in their own eyes.

Luke 18:19, And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

Clair responded with;
”However, after reading your data about Dake’s teachings on the trinity; his views about God being neither omniscient nor omnipresent; his guilty plea and federal prison sentence based on breaking the Mann Act, I do not want to read any words written by Finis Jennings Dake.”
.

What a pity. So you are without sin Clair are you? King David sinned most greviously. So shall we reject him as Gods chosen King of Israel forever,

1Chronicals 28:4, Howbeit the LORD God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for he hath chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he liked me to make me king over all Israel:

He’s been a naughty boy too so we will reject him and all God has said about his role throughout eternity.

Jer. 30: 9, But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

David, under Jesus will have a higher position in the kingdom than any of the apostles!

Its a mistake to bag the Reverend Finis Dake for any reason.

AMEN MATE. :angel:
MANY FOLKS WOULD RATHER BELIEVE CREED BOOKS AND WHAT RESPECTED PREACHERS/TEACHERS AND CHURCH FATHERS SAY ABOUT GOD.(i used to be one of these hardheads) RATHER THAN WHAT THE BIBLE REALLY SAYS .
REVEREND DAKE TAKES THE BOOK LITERALLY.AND HIS OPPONENTS CANNOT STAND IT.
BUT ITS THE SUPERNATURAL GIFT HE HAD THAT FOLKS DO NOT GET.

REALLY MANY OF THESE ...PEOPLE ARE JUST GIVING OUT REHASHED PAPAL DOCTRINES.THEY ARE DAUGHTERS OF ROMANISM.
as i listen to my GPFM mp3's i am astonished at how wrong i have been on so many things.

Ironman, good rebuttal. Not sure why people think that a person had to have never once done something regretful in order to be a vessel for God. People pick on Dake for a moment of weakness and use that to hammer his teachings. You already made good points with David and others. If Dake is not to be read then so is a significant part of the Bible.

Thank you sir! I agree with you. They don't know their Bibles at all.

Even Moses, the greatest prophet ever, apart from Jesus Himself, committed murder when in anger he struck and killed the Egyptian.

Exodus 2:11 And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren.

Exodus 2:12, And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.

Exodus 2:14, And he said, Who made thee a prince and a judge over us? intendest thou to kill me, as thou killedst the Egyptian? And Moses feared, and said, Surely this thing is known.

I don't recall reading where Moses repented, and God still used him. I'm sure Moses did but its not recorded, unless I'm wrong?

One person there publicly stated that Dake never ever repented for sinning? How would he know this? Whether Dake repented or not is no one business, its between him and God. I'm leaning toward him repenting in private in his heart with God himself. No where in Scripture does it say one must repent in public, even before men?

Are you free from sin? Read my previous post and remind yourself of King Davids sins, then recall what Moses did.

Moses, the greatest prophet ever, apart from Jesus Himself, committed murder when in anger he struck and killed the Egyptian.

Moses was murderer!

I don’t recall reading where Moses repented, and God still used him. I’m sure Moses did in private between God and himself, just a Finis Jennings would have, but its not recorded, unless I’m wrong?

So should we stop reading all the books of the Bible that Moses wrote?

Think before you react like you have my friend, unless you are spotless, without blemish.

Who are we to judge Almighty God regarding whom He gave the gift of Biblical knowledge to and used?"

When I know where my children are, I do not waste my time asking, "Where are you?" Its when I do not know where they are or were that I ask, "Where are you or where were you?"

I don't think God plays games!

Adam made a free moral agency choice to hide himself from God because he was ashamed.

When Adam went into hiding and if God knew where he was, God would probably have said, "Adam, don't waste your time hiding, I know where you are!"

Genesis 3: 9, "And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?"

Genesis 3:10, And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

Maybe I ?
