no Rocky ...what are you talking about???!!!!muslims i know are dumbells about the Bible.
:vamp: :vamp: they dont believe in the divinity of Jesus.thats where it ends.and when they see Christians fussing over the Godhead kjv they laugh at us.
all the modern versions of repute are Christian.i believe in the Bible Trinity and the deity and divinity of Christ.

Rocky wrote:Billy, is it possible you want certain versus taken out because you don't agree with those versus? I was talking to a Muslim and he said he did not like the KJV because it was to Christian, to Trinitarian, and to deity of Christ. He liked the newer versions because of this That is what finely pushed me over the edge about this. Just something to think about remember the Muslim said the KJV was to "Christian" "Trinitarian" "Deity of Christ" for his taste.. Because those beliefs are Christian.

That is a crock no muslim likes any version of the Holy Bible because they believe the Jews corruptted it by such things as exchanging names of Ishmael and Isaac, so to them all versions of the Holy Bible are counterfeit.

If this guy told you that, he is playing psyic games with you.

The closest they come to our scriptures is a book known as the Injil which is the gospel of Jesus basically the 4 gospels only rewritten and made into one book.

Good answer Billy. The day we let Muslims tells us which translation to use is the day we should become Muslim. To me that would be never

It is also possible to say that the KJV had 120+ verses added to it that are not contained in the oldest manuscripts

I know this seems to be the popular view now days, But I believe it to be a futile attempt to justify entire scriptures taken out of the Bible. I mean, don't you guys see what going on here? People(Christians) are actually trying to justify this.
