When Jesus comes for us!

Post by Ironman »

This might be a good time to ask this question which has played on my mind for a while. When Jesus comes for us at the Rapture, will He allow us to go to much loved family members who know about God yet are mostly wedding, baptism, and funeral church goers, and at least tell them whats happening, and encourage them to come along, and If Jesus Allowes us to?????

Remember Lot? "And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it. And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law. And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.(Gen. 19:12-16).

Galatians 4: 16, Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Hi, branham1965,

I know your anguish, as regards your only son.

Let's use my favorite translation, The Amplified Bible, and look at James' epistle...

James 5:16 (AMP)

16 Confess to one another therefore your faults (your slips, your false steps, your offenses, your sins) and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].

Notice the red highlight. Important, isn't it? Now, let's see this, also...

Matthew 28:18-20 (AMP)

18 Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
19 Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be).

And here...

1 Corinthians 6:11 (AMP)

11 And such some of you were [once]. But you were washed clean (purified by a complete atonement for sin and made free from the guilt of sin), and you were consecrated (set apart, hallowed), and you were justified [pronounced righteous, by trusting] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God.

These are but a very few, extremely powerful, verses, that go to the imparted authority given by Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to Believers in Him...

Hold onto this, branham1965:

John 14:12-14 (AMP)

12 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father.
13 And I will do whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son.
14 [Yes] I will grant whatever you shall ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM]
.

God loves whole families in Heaven. Gather prayer warriors around you, family and/or friends, and do not faint, nor fall away. God is Faithful, and He does hear your prayers... Remember too, ASK...

Study this out, and you will be blessed, for your son will hear the Glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, unto Salvation.

"Confess with your mouth, that 'Jesus is Lord,' believing in your heart that God raised Him from the Dead, and you will be saved, for with the heart, man believes and is justified, and with his profession of faith, he is saved." Romans 10:9-10.
