Saint Who?

Post by bibleman »

Have you read the news that the Catholic church is going to make a saint our of John Paul ll.
Today's announcement by Pope Francis of the canonization of Blessed John Paul II was not a surprise. From the time of his death in 2005, when crowds shouted "Santo Subito!" in St. Peter's Square, to Pope Benedict XVI's waiving of the normal five-year rule (the process of canonization normally doesn't begin until five years after a person's death) to this week's leaked news that the second required miracle had been approved, the official announcement had been expected. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/rev-james ... 50453.html
Isn't it strange that a godless, reprobate, heathen cult would have the never to think that they could make a saint our of a man who was not even born again?

Nuts isn't it.

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

Talk about blaspheming against the Holy Spirit and God the Father and Jesus Christ who constantly reminded people to; " . . . Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." (Matt. 19:14).

ROME'S HAD A PEDOFILE SEX PROBLEM SINCE 60 A.D. and 'John Paul II' knew about this and hid it!

Benedict XIV declared and made it canon law in the Roman Catholic church that all child molestation problems with priests should be handled "internally" and not allowed in the secular court system. Is this why Benedict XVI when he was just Cardinal Ratzinger held the office that 'John Paul II' set up to allow for "Pontifical secrecy" on every child molestation case from that day forward? 'John Paul II' knew Ratzinger would work extra hard at keeping the problem secret because he had a personal interest in doing so as today's News reports about Ratzinger's role in all this proves. Worse yet, it has just been discovered by this ministry that the ancient Didache Documents shows the Roman church had this problem from the start. This is something Pagan Rome obviously passed onto Papal Rome!

They have been molesting children their entire time on earth as a church! Yet the powers that be allow this to continue? Does this not prove the powers that be bow to Rome first and not vise-versa?

That is prophetically sound! Praise the Lord. For this means their reign is about to end!

Current estimates of Roman Catholic priests in the U.S.= 49,000 to 50,000

Estimates of pedophile priests = 3,000 (6.1%) to 8,000 (16.3%)

188 Dioceses in the U.S. Divide 3,000 by 188 = 16 perpetrators per diocese
Divide 8,000 by 188 = 42 perpetrators per diocese

Current experts claim a pedophile could abuse 200-265 children in a lifetime.
200 x 16 perps/diocese = 3,200 victims/diocese
200 x 42 perps/diocese = 8,400 victims/diocese
3,200 victims/diocese x 188 dioceses = 601,600 victims in U.S.
8,400 victims/diocese x 188 dioceses = 1,579,200 victims in U.S.

Average American family consists of 4-6 people
(3,200 victims/diocese) 601,600 victims x 4 family members = 2,406,400 indirect victims
60l,000 victims x 6 family members = 3,609,600 indirect victims
(8,400 victims/diocese) 1,579,200 x 4 family members = 6,316,800 indirect victims
1,579,200 x 6 family members = 9,475,200 indirect victims

These numbers are a reflection of immediate family only and do not reflect the indirect victims within the parishes that are affected.

188 Bishops are responsible for the pain of at least 601,600 direct victims and as many as 9,475,200 indirect victims — a total of as many as 10,076,800 people. Clearly, something is wrong.

Using the lower numbers the number of direct victims and survivors alone could populate a city larger than Boston. Using the higher numbers, it would be the fourth largest city in the U.S.— one between the size of Houston and Chicago..

These priests cooperate more with the devil than they do with God."-FATHER GARY R. HAYES,on priests who abused him and others who covered it up. June 12, 2002, NY Times.
"From a canonical point of view, the bishop or religious superior is neither morally nor legally responsible for a criminal act committed by one of his clerics." THE REV. GIANFRANCO GHIRLANDA, dean of the canon law faculty at Gregorian University in Rome, as quoted by the NY Times, May 18, 2002.
Father McBride on "Meet the Press" 4-28-02 said Gay men should be allowed to become Roman Catholic priests. He also admitted that many of the Roman Catholic priests are gay.

Father Richard Newhouse also said that Jesus Christ as well as the Gospels declare men of God should be celibate.

Has anyone ever watched the Youtube video of Angelica's testimony? It is interesting in light of the fact that she saw several celebrities in hell. Michael Jackson being one of them and Pope John Paul was another.

I know some here don't buy into the heaven hell testimonies and I agree that all of them must judged in light of God's Word. However, just though it was interesting in light of this discussion.

Good points, everyone. However, you'll just confuse them with facts...

Good points, everyone. However, you'll just confuse them with facts... Is not the proof in the pudding? Did not the most recent wearer of Peter's ring try to cast out demons, and fail? By what did he try to do as Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ- but obviously fail? Is not the Name of Jesus above all other names? Frankly, I don't think he's got a clue... My contacts with the Catholic Church are with Holy Spirit filled Believers in Christ, and they just seem to still be comfortable within a framework that they grew-up with... I pray that they'll come out, and truly be free...

Mate, I know many hundreds of practicing Catholics and in my opinion, not one is filled with the Holy Spirit. I doubt they would even have a measure? Idol worshiping, Mary worshiping, one even said to me, you wont find God in the Bible, you will find God in the blessed sacrament?? Trans-substanciation. They believe the Pope, the Vicar, is actually Christ on the Earth?

And fancy calling the Pope Holy Father? That name belongs to our Heavenly Father, as Jesus plainly stated in (John 17:11), not a sinning man!
