I have noticed over the years this verse quoted often everywhere by Christians and non-christians.

You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
But, that is only part of the truth because its only part of Jesus' statement.

John 8.31- 32;
Then Jesus said to those Jews which believed on Him, if you continue in My word, then you are my disciples indeed;
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

There is only one truth.

I like the part after Jesus reponds to the Jew's question of "free from what?"
Free from committing sin !
