Some women suffer in agony during childbirth.

Temporary pain during child birth is quite different than damning sin.
If Adam's sin is only passed along to boys, then the girls are innocent.
The whole issue is moot though, as it is death that is passed down, not sin.
Romans 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

We know one thing for sure they are not filled with the Holy Spirit and experienced the New birth and became new creations of God. Of this we can be certain. Now are the demon filled, or demon oppressed, or deceived we don't know only God who can see their spirit knows that.
