Question: Men virgins???
Biblically... Are men ever described as being virgins?
And I am talking about physically not in a spiritual nature.
For the moment please exclude Revelations 14:4.

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

Re: Question: Men virgins???
Chastity / virginity, should affect the heart, mind, and soul, not just certain body parts. The morality we espouse and the actions we choose give evidence of our heart’s condition.
Galatians 4: 16, Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Re: Question: Men virgins???
Agreed!
But I am looking for a passage that would call men virgins like there are passages that call women virgins.
I read a Dake note today that sort of addressed this and was trying to prove it out.
Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Dake seems to be insinuating that ONLY women are virgins.Dake says: a [were not defiled with women; for they are virgins] If this statement were taken literally, it would prove that they are all men. But if the next statement were taken literally, it would prove that they are all women -- virgins. Obviously, the idea is to picture their purity of character. They are saved men and women who have not polluted themselves with the idolatrous and immoral religious system of the great whore of Rev. 17. See Paul's similar comparison, 2Cor. 11:2."

Isaiah who prophesied " A virgin will conceive "
It is understood he, by the Holy Spirit, was speaking of a woman (Mary) not a man

Is it the second sentence of Rev 14:4?

Seems rather obvious.
Men as well as women are virgins until they have sex.

Yeah in general I agree with you BUT Where in the Biblical record would we find men referred to as virgins, outside of Rev 14:4?Hill Top wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 3:38 pmThanks, so "they" are men, who have not been defiled by women.bibleman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 11:36 pmWhat is the "next statement" he cites?Hill Top wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 10:50 pmWhat is the "next statement" he cites?bibleman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 9:45 pmAgreed!

To a lot of people it does not... just trying to determine if the word virgin (Biblically speaking) should ONLY refer to women.Hill Top wrote: ↑Sat Jun 25, 2022 12:02 amWhy does it matter?bibleman wrote: ↑Fri Jun 24, 2022 5:32 pmYeah in general I agree with you BUT Where in the Biblical record would we find men referred to as virgins, outside of Rev 14:4?Hill Top wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 3:38 pmThanks, so "they" are men, who have not been defiled by women.bibleman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 11:36 pmWhat is the "next statement" he cites?Hill Top wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 10:50 pmWhat is the "next statement" he cites?bibleman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 22, 2022 9:45 pmAgreed!
