When I see these kinds of breakdowns, I am always puzzled by the ommission of anything concerning the Word.
Several of the attributes assigned to the Son should be assigned to the Word.

So, the Son is NOT the Word and the Word is NOT the Son?

The Word, after being born of a virgin, was the Son.

And, the Son is NOT God, but the Word is God?

Correct.

Sonship always refers to humanity? Never to deity?

I don't know about 'always'.
But usually, yes.
The Word was with God and was God.
But the Word gave up much of His attributes to become one of us, and expereince life, and death.
As God, He could not be killed.
