You have proven beyond any doubt that you are unteachable, and not only unteachable, but refuse to understand simple reading and comprehension. I post, and continue to post, so others may see just how ridiculous your statements are. Whether you change or not is not much my concern, for you have made it clear that you can only be right, and we can only be wrong. Well Ed that is because you seem to take the bible and change it to fit what you want it to mean so there is no other thing to do. Look Ed, you are shown plain scripture time and time again, but you twist it and change the meaning and redefine it. Your refuting is like what does the word "if" really mean? Or the phrase "now I know" means "now you know". And hey, what does "what" mean, oh "what" really means "no" or hey faith means unicorn, because unicorn poo is blue, but Ed I believe it is purple lol. Or you will say that is just a passing statement so it does not mean what it says. Why redefine simple definitions to make things fit what you want it to mean? If you have to change the meaning of simple words to have it fit your views then should not that tell you your views are wrong? But noooo, Ed is always right no matter what. What we are trying to make you see is the fact that we are not members of any man made church, especially the Catholic Church, led by a man, the Pope and his lackies, promoting pagan rites and rituals, promoting Mary worship, saying the rosary, praying to dead saints, going to confession and believing a mere man can forgive sins? We here belong to the New Testament Church. This church is a called out body of people of all nations who have been born again and who have lived true Christian life and died in the faith. It also includes all those who are alive in Christ today. The present church is the 'ekklesia' of the New testament times, called out of the world to evangelize the world in this age. The church in its largest signification, is the whole company of redeemed in all ages, in Heaven and in Earth (Eph. 3:1-11; Heb. 21:23). It is the spiritual people who have been made members of the universal family of God. The Church in this sense is the body of Christ, and it does not consist of saved and unsaved, as is the membership of the Catholic Church. We are not merely a group of individuals associated together for social and benevolent purposes, as seems to be the idea on every hand in the Catholic Church. The true church of God is the body of people indwelt by God through the Holy Spirit and through whom God works in the world. AND, we members of the true Church of God are not DEFENDERS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH!

You have shown me your bias, your hatred, you anger. You have made generalizations and all inclusive statement that simply aren't always true. When I point this out to you, instead of rethinking you position you launch into personal attacks.

From what you said you were abused by a priest, he damaged you. I wish you would let Jesus heal that in you. Instead you pick at it until it festers a hatred for the church. By definition the church is people that make the body of Christ.

You have let this hatred steal your joy. Paul tells us not to think of things that steal our joy but to think on things that is pleasing, Philippians 4:8 (NKJV)

I also said the little sisters of mercy flogged us regularly for little or no reason at all.

I liked both schools, I liked my fellow students, I like catholic people, I hate the churches leadership!
