It concerns me greatly that bro. Dake didn't believe the Holy Ghost is actually inside him/me.
I believe differently.

It's certainly a point of concern.
Dake's logic makes sense, if the his logical chain that gets to that link is accepted.

Do you believe that the Holy Ghost has a literal, tangible body that can only exist in one place at any given point in time? If so, it's obvious that the Holy Ghost's literal, tangible body cannot be inside of multiple individuals at once.

No, I don't.

If so, it's obvious that the Holy Ghost's literal, tangible body cannot be inside of multiple individuals at once.

As the gift of the Holy Ghost was promised to all who turn from sin and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of their past sins, (Acts2:38), I feel the Holy Spirit was in multiple places on the day of Pentecost.
And even today people receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, so must be in everyone who has turned from sin...etc.

Dake differentiated between the literal, tangible body of the Holy Ghost being limited to just one location and the presence of the Holy Ghost which may be felt by anyone that is in union with the Holy Ghost to the degree that that an individual is in union with the Holy Ghost.

Dake, in God's Plan for Man, wrote:
"God has a personal body, soul, and spirit like man. We have seen that they are three distinct persons in the Godhead and all of them are called “God.” If God has a body, soul and spirit and if there are three distinct persons in the Godhead, then each person in the Godhead naturally has a personal body, soul, and spirit as does each human being. If there was nothing in Scripture that says that they all have bodies, our intelligence and reason would convince us that they do have. No person can exist without a body or a shape."

Additionally, the the Holy Ghost descended in "bodily form" at Christ's water baptism. If He had no "bodily form," Luke lied to us about it. See Luke 3:22.
