One is either atoned for, consecrated, set apart, made holy; or they are not.
So, it would be correct to say that you aren't aware of any arguments for progressive sanctification?

I am unaware of any bible verses that verify a gradual sanctification.
The whole idea is just another accommodation for sin.
Ask any fan of that doctrine if they have ever met anyone who finally reached the 100% mark.

Have you considered Hebrews 12:6-11 as a continuous experience? And, that those that are experiencing it are really sons, even though they are still being chastened and scourged and corrected?

The Heb. verses say nothing about the rebukes/corrections being for sin.
The sons of God, were reborn of His perfect seed.
They cannot commit sin.

If the sanctified don't check their tires, they will eventually be chastised with the cost of new tires.
If the sanctified don't pay the electric bill on time, they will lose their power.
If the sanctified don't brush their teeth, God will chastise them with hefty dental bills.

Heb 11:23 describes the sanctified..."To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,"

I think you're mistaken. The chastisement, scourging, and correction are something that only sons of God experience. But, what you describe (cost of tires, consequences of late payments, and inadequate bodily maintenance) is experienced by all, whether sons of God or not.
