The lack of any one of which will end up in condemnation.

Jesus.
Repentance from sin. (Acts 2:38)
Baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of past sins. (Acts 2:38) (washing of regeneration) (Titus 3:5)
The gift of the Holy Ghost.
Faith. (Eph 2:8)
Belief. (Luke 8:12)
"His" blood. (Rom 5:9)
"His" life. (Rom 5:10)
Hope. (Rom 8:24)
The Gospel. (1 Cor 15:2)
Grace. (Eph 2:5)
Obedience to God.
Love.

There may be more, but that is all I could think of tight now.

Yes, as a day of judgement precedes any salvation or condemnation.

I feel that if a person waits till they are dying to get faith in Jesus, it is too late.
