Agreed!
But I am looking for a passage that would call men virgins like there are passages that call women virgins.
I read a Dake note today that sort of addressed this and was trying to prove it out.

Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

Dake seems to be insinuating that ONLY women are virgins.
What is the "next statement" he cites?
Is it the second sentence of Rev 14:4?
What is the "next statement" he cites?
"for they are virgins."
Thanks, so "they" are men, who have not been defiled by women.
Seems rather obvious.
Men as well as women are virgins until they have sex.
Yeah in general I agree with you BUT Where in the Biblical record would we find men referred to as virgins, outside of Rev 14:4?
Why does it matter?
To a lot of people it does not... just trying to determine if the word virgin (Biblically speaking) should ONLY refer to women.
Context would rule.
If virgins or virginity is being discussed, it applies to men or women.
If holy girls are being discussed, the virgin is a girl.

Weren't you a virgin boy once?

The importance of a "title" seems rather small.
The uninitiated in sexual activity are virgins, whether in the bible or not.
As posted earlier, it is used for men in Rev 14.

Yes Rev 14 is the Scripture I quoted above... But it is figurative of pure and chaste BELIEVERS not physical virgins.

How many women lose their virginity to women?
You are denying the obvious.

Below are all 22 times "virgins" are spoke of in the Bible.

How many of these times (with the EXCEPTION of Rev 14:4) does the text refer to Men?

Exodus 22:17 (KJV) If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.

Judges 21:12 (KJV) And they found among the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan.

2 Samuel 13:18 (KJV) And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king's daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.

Esther 2:2 (KJV) Then said the king's servants that ministered unto him, Let there be fair young virgins sought for the king:

Esther 2:3 (KJV) And let the king appoint officers in all the provinces of his kingdom, that they may gather together all the fair young virgins unto Shushan the palace, to the house of the women, unto the custody of Hege the king's chamberlain, keeper of the women; and let their things for purification be given them:

Esther 2:17 (KJV) And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

Esther 2:19 (KJV) And when the virgins were gathered together the second time, then Mordecai sat in the king's gate.

Psalm 45:14 (KJV) She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.

Song of Songs 1:3 (KJV) Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.

Song of Songs 6:8 (KJV) There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and virgins without number.

Isaiah 23:4 (KJV) Be thou ashamed, O Zidon: for the sea hath spoken, even the strength of the sea, saying, I travail not, nor bring forth children, neither do I nourish up young men, nor bring up virgins.

Lamentations 1:4 (KJV) The ways of Zion do mourn, because none come to the solemn feasts: all her gates are desolate: her priests sigh, her virgins are afflicted, and she is in bitterness.

Lamentations 1:18 (KJV) The LORD is righteous; for I have rebelled against his commandment: hear, I pray you, all people, and behold my sorrow: my virgins and my young men are gone into captivity.

Lamentations 2:10 (KJV) The elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the ground, and keep silence: they have cast up dust upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: the virgins of Jerusalem hang down their heads to the ground.

Lamentations 2:21 (KJV) The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword; thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast killed, and not pitied.

Amos 8:13 (KJV) In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.

Matthew 25:1 (KJV) Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Matthew 25:7 (KJV) Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

Matthew 25:11 (KJV) Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

Acts 21:9 (KJV) And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

1 Corinthians 7:25 (KJV) Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.

Revelation 14:4 (KJV) These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

How many of these times (with the EXEPTION of Rev 14:4) does the text refer to Men?
Revelation 14:4 (KJV) These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
None.
I am glad, however, that the Rev 14:4 does speak of men as virgins, as it encourages some men to maintain their holy ways.
I feel that the Matt 19:12 verse by Jesus refers to virgin men as eunuchs.
"For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it." (Matt 19:12)

How do you know the 10 virgins here are speaking of women?

Matthew 25:1 (KJV) Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

How do you know the 10 virgins here are speaking of women?
Some have a pronoun making it obvious, some I can tell by the context, and others could, I suppose, be either men or women.
But as your intention is to make every reference to virgins indicate female virgins, I figured you would not include any that did refer to men as virgins.
Was I wrong?
Matthew 25:1 (KJV) Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
This verse is definitely about female virgins, as by context, no man would have a bridegroom.
