Absolutely! Without question! Without discussion!
If God is in control... Then why doesn't he make people get saved, become disciples, pay their tithes, go to church and a host of other wonderful things?
How would any of that glorify God? God wanted us to worship Him because we loved and worshipped God not because he made us.
Back to the original question...

If God is in control... Then why doesn't he make people get saved, become disciples, pay their tithes, go to church and a host of other wonderful things?
God never has and never will force anyone to do His will.

God never has and never will force anyone to do His will.
So God is NOT in control of those who do NOT want to yield to HIS will... Right?

God has set the parameters of how man should live.
If man doesn't want to abide by/with God, he is free to do as he wishes.
That does not equate to loss of control.

Control. Noun. the power to influence or direct people's behaviour or the course of events.

During the millennium God will make sure no one does anything sinful. After the millennium when God releases Satan many if not millions will rebel, and side with Satan. God will never force anyone to side with Him and stay on side with Him.

Nor does God force men to stay saved as we see many that many that were saved fell away to apostasy rejecting Jesus. God has left it up to man the path he chooses to walk which is the servitude that love requires.

If God wanted to "control" us, He would.
But He wants us to come to Him of our own freewill.
He wants us to love Him of our own accord, because forced love isn't really love.

During the millennium God will make sure no one does anything sinful.
Do you have at least one scripture that says that?
Of course those inside the holy city will not commit any sin, but what about those outside of it?
After the millennium when God releases Satan many if not millions will rebel, and side with Satan. God will never force anyone to side with Him and stay on side with Him.
Do you think any outsiders will turn to God during the time after the thousand year reign?
