Reading a Hank Hanagraaf book or John Macarthur book  does not make you an expert on this!!!
The evil one always counterfeits the Gifts of God. I have seen Full Gospel Ministries with the manifestation and some that did not have it as much.
Bad mouthing God's Gifts only shows ignorance and lack of respect. And is very dangerous.
Matthew 12:32.

There are no doubt some legitimate cases of a person being weakened or even dropping down by the power of God, yet such cases as we see today of people frothing in insanity, rolling around, barking like dogs, cackling like chickens, and all sorts of baroque things to grab attention from others is not biblical.

It is really easy to discern. Pay attention to how and when they do this act. If you just simply notice that people that do this always act on the movement of their emotions and do it in front of others. They rarely, if ever, will perform such lunacy acts in private or away from others because there is no one to see them. This shows they are trying to get attention from others.

I cannot help but remember once going to a church and a bunch of folks were romping, blabbering, and rolling around on the floor between the front seats and the pastor. A little girl sitting nearby was looking on said something like, "What is wrong with those people? Do they need to get them help?" Amazing how a child can see the difference in something like this and yet adults can't seem to discern the fake from the real.
