It came from the over active imaginations of people who tried to understand the Bible without the Holy Ghost see 1 Corinthians 2.
These people tell us we do not NEED the Holy Ghost Baptism and to speak in other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance.
They tell us we no longer NEED to be Water Baptized .
That we no longer take the Lord's Supper.
God tells us if we do consent to the Words of Jesus Christ and sound doctrine.1 Timothy 6. It is a counterfeit type of salvation.
