On Water Baptism: Jesus, Peter, Paul, & Dake

Jesus said to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
Peter said to baptize in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
And, Paul said, "Christ did not send me to baptize..." (NKJV).

Why didn't Christ send Paul to baptize?

Dake said, "Christ saves people without water baptism (1 Cor. 17—21)" (notes on 1 Cor. 1:17 DARB).

God did send him to baptize, and preach repentance from sin, and receiving the gift(s) of the Holy Ghost/Spirit, and enduring faithfully until the end, and how to select bishops and deacons, and marriage, and abstaining from sin, and what to eat and where, and...a hundred other things.
But his main message was about Christ.
After people show they believe in the Redeemer, then on to "steps 2,3,4,5...".

Are you sure that God sent Paul to perform water baptisms?

What is the first thing Paul did for the Thyatiran "jailor" after the "jailor" accepted Christ?
Paul explained to him about the church, Christ, the resurrection, etc., and he baptized him.
As it is written in Acts 16:31-33..." And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.
33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway."
Paul baptized them in the first hour after they said "What shall I do to be saved?"

Paul was sent to preach the gospel.
But nothing else?
That would be ludicrous, don't you think?
Not to mention that Paul himself said that he had baptized some, and it is written of in other places too.

Has God said " Christ did not send me to Baptize"
Of course not , that would be ludicrous.
You still sound like the serpent, Hilltop.

Were your scenario true, that God did NOT intend for Paul to preach baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of past sins, then God denied that remission of past sins to the Corinthians. (Acts 2:38)
Plus, He denied the crucifixion of their flesh with affections and lusts, (Gal 5:24), and the death of the old man, (Rom 6:6), and being raised with Christ to walk in newness of life, (Rom 6:4), and the circumcision made without hands, (Col 2:11).
Is that your position?
That God denied those things from the Corinthians?
I hope not.
