Post by bibleman »

America is slipping in Christianity in America.

As church attendance has declined so has the use of the Bible, according to the American Bible Society.

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

Also, many people use digital bibles now and don't bother with print anymore.

Their poll included digital versions as well.

These statistics should be sobering to the church in America but instead I think they will be met with skepticism and apathy. How sad!

Very true!

Modern day Christians seem to be like the church of Laodicea! They don't know the condition they are in!

Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

IMO a very fitting verse. People are simply callused because of what they have and how they have trained themselves to act in this country. If you choose to, you can live good in the USA even with this corrupt government regime we now have running things.

Many believe they have need and don't seek the One that can truly satisfy, but what they think they need is not what they need to fill the void they have. They are empty and cannot be filled with their material goods no matter how much they acquire them.

You know as you mentioned about this corrupt government we have... As Biden continues his destroy American plan... for 3 more years, the blessings and prosperity we have enjoyed in America are rapidly coming to an end.
