Re: Restoring a Fornicator to Full Church Membership
Just to be certain I'm understanding you... If this had been your church and it was discovered that a baptized member of the church was found to be fornicating with his father's wife and you kicked him out, he can be restored to full membership in your church without being baptized, again? Exactly....

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
Do you think that it might be possible that the reason that was asked was because that was the capital offense? Asking because Dake, at times, differentiates between death penalty and non-death penalty sins. Perhaps, failure to guard and protect the garden was not the capital offense, even if it was...

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
Why do you believe that Dake didn't believe that Adam's failure to "keep" the garden was sinful?
The mark was set. Dress and keep the garden. Adam failed.
Isn't sin missing the mark?

Re: Restoring a Fornicator to Full Church Membership
Regarding "his chance" being "used up..." Would you have restored the fornicator who had his father's wife, in Corinth? - See 1st Corinthians 5:1-13 and 2nd Corinthians 2:3-11. Yes, hoping this repentance from sin is real. Just to be certain I'm understanding you... If this had been your church and...

Are you saying that water baptism is crucifying the Son of God?

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
2) As for Adam being in rebellion BEFORE the sin with Eve at the Tree of Knowledge of Good And Evil.... How could he be in rebellion BEFORE eating of the tree since Eating of the Tree is the ONLY thing that was a sin? Gen 2:17 3) You have stated your belief, and again that is fine. But I don't know...

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
I would love to hear your answers to these questions. 1. I know of no BIble verse that supports the idea that Adam sinned out of love for Eve. But, if he did, I believe the choice was made before the serpent was permitted to tempt Eve. 2. I believe Adam was in full rebellion before Eve was tempted ...

Re: A Different Hell for the Pre-Adamites?
Thanks. Much appreciated. Regarding the differently sized discs for the alleged two hells... That gives a new take on the phrase, "Out of the frying pan and into the fire!" https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/b/planet-earth-form-flat-pancake-fried-frying-pan-concept-flat-earth-theory-global-warming-create...

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
No Adam was not deceived. He clearly and directly sinned due to his love of his wife Eve. So of course Adam is responsible for his sin. BUT it is a sin that would have never happened had their not be the source of his temptation which was the devil. 1. How do we know that Adam committed this sin ou...

Re: Question: Who on this board believes they are divine?
Who is responsible for giving into the temptation? The tempter or the temptee?
Remember, Adam was not deceived. Eve was, but Adam was not. See 1st Timothy 2:14.
