Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

Whether or not God is outside of time is highly interesting, Grandfather.

If He is outside of time, has He always known how absolutely everything will finally conclude within time and the final state of each and every individual?

Re: Is Benny Hinn having a change of heart?

But i as a lad learned you never ever speak against God's Ministers.Never. Good advice for all of us. If we don't have the opportunity to go to the person personally if we have a problem with them it is best to keep quiet, especially ministers of the gospel that are obviously called by God and anoi...

Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

Why can't God exist before time? Because it is impossible for "before" to exist before time. There can be no "before" if there is no time. It is only impossible if God is confined to time. Just because humans are doesn't mean God is. Perhaps your concept of God is too small. Perhaps, God is able to...

Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

Next question as it relates to OSAS v. Losing Salvation... Can God learn? Can God's knowledge change? If God cannot learn and His knowledge cannot change, then Calvinism is true and the salvation of those that will be saved is absolutely certain while the damnation of those that will be damned is al...

Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

And, as I've said before, if time did not have a beginning, if it stretched to infinity to both past and present, today would never have arrived. But because today is here, time had a beginning, though it may not have an end. Hence eternity. It would never have arrived were it not for God. Do you b...

Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

My thought is that time must somehow emanate from God in a manner similar to how light radiates from the sun. So long as God has existed, time must exist. And, since God has always existed, time has always existed. A lack of existence of time would indicate a lack of existence of God. And, if time ...

Re: OSAS vs Losing Salvation

Is this the thing that is impossible for God to do? The idea that there are certain things that it is impossible for God to do is in agreement with the Bible. For instance, it is impossible for God to lie, for example (see Hebrews 6:18). So, if this is impossible for God, I have no problem believin...
