Moses gave the people of Israel 30 days to grieve.

It does hurt to lose one we love even a pet. It may take a few years after being with someone for years and to turn around and expect
them to be there, then you realize again they're not there anymore.

Martin Luther is quoted as saying dogs do go to heaven and that's my personal experience also.
There are times the Spirit sees our grieving over a pet that we so loved and God
does love us for the love of the pets He gives us. God is not delinquent to gloss
over our dogs, cats as he made them and I rather know that I will again see the
pets I had that were so loyal and loving to me. God really does mean it when he
says he rewards us and he is always bigger than we think. I would say, your dogs
will be your little companions for eternity and God says so much about our being
happy in heaven, but we often see God as being smaller cause thats our mentality.
We all go through the sadness of parting with our pets as they age, they stumble,
they lose strength, and finally we have to with love have them euthenized, but
we will see them again and the next time they will live not just 13 to 17 years
but forever for we know that the Lions will walk with us and eat grass and
we shall walk with those animals that now are carnavirous, but in heaven they
will not be dangerous. Cheer up, know God loves you and your dogs, pets, and
God is love and he understand you will grieve. Even Jesus we
