The Complete Bible Commentary"

Saw this quote on Amazon.com concerning the "The Complete Bible Commentary" by George Williams.
Jimmy Swaggart resource

When reading the Expositor's Study Bible, I noticed that many of the comments I liked were attributed to Williams, so I ordered his commentary. Now that I read this along with the E.S. Bible, I notice that many more comments are direct quotes from Williams without being attributed to him. It's an excellent resource, but I probably should have bought a hardback--I'm wearing it out already!
I also know that Jimmy Swaggart "borrowed" a lot from Finis Dake as well.

Seems like were it not for Dake and Williams... Swaggart would not have a study Bible!

That be as it may - Has anyone used the Complete Bible Commentary by Williams?

The fault in Bible complications is not with God or the Bible, but with men who refuse to believe what God says and think we have to interpret what He says in order to get the meaning. Dake Bible -Mark 11:17 note

I used it when it was called by another title, the Student's Commentary or something like that. He's mid-Acts dispensationalist like Bullinger and Les Feldick. But not bad for a 1-volume commentary.

I heard Donnie Swaggart talk about it the other day on his show!

It stirred up my interest.

Based on what you have said, I think I might just order it.

I use Adam Clarke commentary. I find it very good, most popular with bible students.
When checking a bible or commentary look for miracles not history alone.
Some I've bought and thrown in the dumpster are great with history until a miracle
happens and then there is silence. From such crap stay away. There are many
types of people writing bible books, commentaries. Some see the bible as a history
book only and deny the divinity of Jesus Christ. Dake's is good but has opinions
that are not scriptural, but rather those of tradition. No commentary is perfect
and every thing needs to be checked for scriptural authority especially in regards
to those issues a sovereignty takes a position above that of God and not of God,
but rather a hypercritical opinion which is popular in government and churches
but is not anywhere in the bible. Be careful what you read whether it be of God
or man. Headings may say "His first fall" when what happened is not sinful but
a popular opinion not having any basis in the bible. You see a lot of this
in many work including Dake. Dake nonetheless is the best of its kind so far.
Dake too abides by the word in regard to Indigenous peoples, which is not
popular today, but is consistent with God's word.

INSTEAD OF HAVING HIS BACK ...A MAN WHO PREACHED ALL OVER THE WORLD.AND LOVING HIM.DOING WHAT THE WORD OF GOD SAYS.

PEOPLE EVEN WOULD RATHER KICK THE MAN OF GOD.

AND PUT HIM DOWN IN FRONT OF THE WORLD.AND FOLKS JUMP OFF ON HIM FOR ALL TO SEE.

HOW SAD.
