Dolph, Above you said " "The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ" is the rapture AND the Lord's second advent." I totally agree as they are one and the same event. How can they be one and the same event when at the rapture Jesus comes in the clouds and does not set foot on the earth...

He comes for His saints who make up the church at the rapture which is a distinct event and takes place at least seven years before the second coming of christ. thats interesting Haz. i love Lukes writings.he really laid it out there didnt he. I heard this on radio late last night. A minister was teaching on it. He was preaching how Acts written by the physitian Luke, just goes on where Luke finishes. As if there was no book of John between them.
